Information collected
The site may collect contact details, membership and billing identifiers, profile information, publication submissions, correspondence, consent choices, and technical analytics needed to operate and improve the service.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. The Society does not publish payment details. Hosting, email, analytics, and payment providers may process limited information necessary to provide their services.
Public profiles
A profile or directory listing is not public by default. Public display and search indexing require a recorded choice and administrative publication. A member may request removal from public surfaces while retaining a private membership record.
Rights and contact
Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of public-profile consent may be sent to info@americansociety.world. Some records may be retained where required for accounting, security, dispute resolution, or institutional recordkeeping.
